Get Out the Vote for 2016

The candidates have been chosen! The date is set!

It is time to organize to get Democrats elected at all levels for the good of our communities, state, and country.

The Gateway Democrats and St. Louis County Democratic Central Committee are sponsoring a GET OUT THE VOTE EVENT on September 25, 2016. We are inviting all Democratic candidates and activists from the counties of St. Louis, Jefferson, Franklin, and St. Charles and the city of St. Louis to attend. There will be presentations from the Federal and Statewide candidate attendees as well as literature and volunteers available to talk with you about the campaigns for all the Democratic candidates. We will focus on what can be done to GET OUT THE VOTE to ensure Democrats increase our voice in this state.

Judy Baker – Candidate for Missouri State Treasurer
Robin Smith – Candidate for Missouri Secretary of State
Russ Carnahan – Candidate for Missouri Lieutenant Governor
Bill Otto – Candidate for U.S. House of Representatives 2nd District

Welcome to the Gateway Democrats

A group of St. Louis County Democratic Committee People and Township Club Presidents chaired by Harvey Ferdman, President of the Maryland Heights Township Democratic Club, are working to expand and motivate the “base” in our area between elections so that there is momentum going into the next election.

People are invited to attend from all the Democratic Clubs in the City of St. Louis, Counties of St. Louis, St. Charles, Jefferson and Franklin, all aldermen, Committee People, past campaign supporters and volunteers, including people who displayed yard signs or worked on campaigns in recent history.

The committee will publicize the event as broadly as possible using predominantly electronic media.
